MICK JAGGER is donning his producer hat again to take charge of a star-studded remake of 1939 classic THE WOMEN.

Jagger, whose production credits have included World War Two espionage thriller ENIGMA, is also putting together the soundtrack for the film, which will begin shooting in February (05).

The remake will reportedly feature UMA THURMAN, MEG RYAN, ASHLEY JUDD, SANDRA BULLOCK and ANNETTE BENING.
