MICHAEL JACKSON's spokeswoman has blasted critics of her boss' courthouse style, claiming she has been inundated with people raving about the THRILLER singer's look.

Jackson has come under fire for wearing military-style suits and armbands throughout his child molestation trial, but RAYMONE BAIN insists many fans love his style choices.

She says, "I've gotten hundreds and hundreds of emails complimenting Michael Jackson on how he dressed.

"It's a matter of personal choice, but I thought Michael Jackson dressed meticulously coming into court, so I don't know what the hoopla is... I frankly didn't see anything wrong with it.

"Michael Jackson has worn suits to court, he has worn shirts and ties, he has worn very nice blazers and vests to court. What's wrong with that?"

And Bain is concerned that too many style watchers, who are criticising Jackson's court look, are paying too much attention to the day her boss was forced to turn up to court in his pyjamas.

She adds, "It just seems to me that everybody talks about one day; MJ was very ill and there was a bench warrant issued for his arrest - or threat of. There was also threats of his bail being revoked. He was in the hospital. He did not have time to come into court and therefore he had to come in as he was dressed."
