MICHAEL JACKSON's ex-wife DEBORAH ROWE has reportedly been subpoenaed to testify in the pop superstar's child-molestation case.

BAD singer Jackson, 46, has pleaded not guilty to molestation accusation, as well as charges of conspiracy and administering an intoxicating agent to his alleged victim, a 12-year-old cancer sufferer.

And Rowe, mother of Jackson's oldest children PRINCE MICHAEL, eight, and PARIS, six, was served papers two weeks ago at her attorney's office by Santa Barbara Country district attorney TOM SNEDDON, reports FOX NEWS.

Rowe, who was married to Jackson from 1996 to 1999, is also keen to reverse a custody settlement she signed off on their two children. She now wants an active role in their lives.

According to Fox News, Jackson refused to give Rowe her annual $1 million (GBP526.315) alimony payment because he felt she breached the confidentiality clause in their divorce agreement by appearing on TV show ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT in a segment on her home and horses.

The $1 million was reportedly placed in escrow by Jackson.
