MICHAEL JACKSON - JACKSON IN NEW KIDNAPPING SCANDAL

MICHAEL JACKSON is in the middle of a new kidnapping battle following claims by a Los Angeles woman that he fathered her twin sons and then refused her access to them.

SHOLEH BOCCHELLI (corr) has filed court papers claiming the troubled pop superstar is the biological father of her twins born last year (04).

American TV news show THE INSIDER is reporting the 36-year-old woman also claims that Jackson has kept her from her sons and she now wants immediate access to them.

In legal papers obtained by the show, Bocchelli alleges, "He (Jackson) initially was calling every day, to advise me about their condition... The calls stopped after New Years."
