Pop hunk ENRIQUE IGLESIAS is selling his dream home - so he can move in with lover ANNA KOURNIKOVA.

The HERO heart-throb is getting rid of his $12 million (GBP7.5 million) waterfront mansion so he and tennis ace Anna can move into another home he owns just up the road in the SUNSET ISLAND II resort in Miami, Florida.

The Mediterranean-style place he's selling boasts seven bedrooms, and indoor pool and a private jetty. The singer stands to make a tidy profit off the sale - he paid just $1.6 million (GBP1 million) for the house in 2000, and has had it renovated since.

A pal says, "Enrique is a very astute businessman. With all those bedrooms and the private jetty, the house is one of the plushest in the area. Enrique has great taste and the place is stunning now that the builders have finished.

"He has been with Anna for some time so it made sense that they move in together."
