Reality TV is to get sporty with a new soccer-based talent show featuring former LIVERPOOL teammates KENNY DALGLISH and CRAIG JOHNSTON as judges.

SOCCASTARS will launch in Ireland next year (04), and producers hope the show for wannabe kickers and shooters will become as popular as POP IDOL and AMERICAN IDOL.

MARISA KNIGHTLEY, a former star of England's QUEENS PARK RANGERS ladies team, will join Dalglish and Johnston on the judging panel.
