Rapper ICE CUBE will be firing off at GEORGE W BUSH on his new comeback album, likening the President to SADDAM HUSSEIN. The outspoken former NWA star plans to bounce back with a hardhitting new gangsta rap album, LAUGH NOW, CRY LATER, on which he vents about political and personal issues. And on the track WHY WE THUGS, he's taking aim at Bush and his law enforcement agencies. He says, "What's the difference between Saddam's tactics and what the federal and local government can do? "I know people that's been tortured in jail. I know people that's been pulled out of their house in the middle of the night. But see, we just call them LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department). We call 'em sheriffs. "Saddam wasn't out there doing it with his own hands. He had his people. His people worked for the federal government. Same tactics. "(There's) nothing happening in Iraq that ain't happening here on this soil (America), so, to me, it's the same s**t."
