English model/actress ELIZABETH HURLEY credits ice cold showers with helping her maintain her stunning looks. The BEDAZZLED star, who will turn 41 this June (06), insists chilled water is the best way for women to keep their radiant looks without resorting to cosmetic surgery. Hurley enthuses, "I like turning the shower to cold. It's hideous, but it's really good for the skin!"
