BATMAN - HUNKS LINE UP FOR BATMAN ROLE

Worried residents dialled the emergency services after witnessing 200ft flames from a huge explosion at the now defunct Battersea Power Station. But the explosive scenes were actually part of the new Batman....
A galaxy of Hollywood hunks are lining up to audition for the coveted role of BATMAN over the next three days.
JAKE GYLLENHAAL, CHRISTIAN BALE, JOSHUA JACKSON, CILLIAN MURPHY, HENRY CAVILL and EION BAILEY have all been linked with the CAPED CRUSADER role.
The latest addition to the hit series - which is scheduled to start shooting next February (04) - is to be directed by INSOMNIA filmmaker CHRISTOPHER NOLAN.
MICHAEL KEATON, VAL KILMER and GEORGE CLOONEY have all played the superhero in his most recent incarnations.
