British royal SARAH FERGUSON is being forced out of her rented mansion after owners decided to sell the property.

The DUCHESS OF YORK, best known as FERGIE, has been living in the luxury manor in Surrey, Britain, with her daughters BEATRICE and EUGENIE for just a year.

It's been claimed that the Duchess was keen to buy the property, but didn't offer enough - despite making $1.6 million (GBP1 million) a year promoting diet company WEIGHT WATCHERS.

An insider reveals, "The Duchess was offered first refusal, but her bid fell a few hundred thousand short. The Duchess knew when she moved in that the house would be going on the market, but she became very happy there.

"It's very private and handy for her daughters' schools, and she had only just finished unpacking."
