TONY BLAIR - HOLLYWOOD PLANS TONY BLAIR MOVIE

Movie bosses are planning to shoot a TV movie about the life of TONY BLAIR - and FORREST GUMP star TOM HANKS is tipped to play the British Prime Minister.

Former American President BILL CLINTON has been approached to make an appearance as himself in the $80 million (GBP50 million) mini-series, which is the brainchild of veteran producer AARON SPELLING.

And stars including MICHAEL DOUGLAS and JENNIFER ANISTON are also lined up for lead roles.

A source says, "Tony Blair is prime TV material. It will be the most dazzling, political soap ever - portraying a love story between a nation and a leader.

"It's just in the planning stage but Hollywood is really buzzing."
