Sexy singer HOLLY VALANCE has lost her court battle with former manager SCOTT MICHAELSON, after being told she was an unreliable witness.
The KISS KISS star was sued by Michaelson - who was her co-star in Australian soap NEIGHBOURS - after she sent him a fax firing him 15 months before his contract was due to expire.
And JUDGE CLIFFORD EINSTEIN told the court in Sydney, Australia that the singer was an unreliable witness in her "cynical pursuit of benefit".
The judge made his comments after Valance, 20, said she disliked taking her clothes off during magazine shoots - despite the fact that she's scantily clad in most of her videos.
Michaelson had secured Valance her acting role in Neighbours and was responsible for landing her her record contract.
The singer will have to wait until next week (ends12OCT03) before the judge rules on how much Michaelson will be awarded in damages.
