HOLLY VALANCE - HOLLY IN VAN ROLE

Singing star HOLLY VALANCE is in talks to star in a new movie with Belgian muscleman JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME.

The KISS KISS hitmaker had given up her role in Australian soap opera NEIGHBOURS to concentrate on her musical career, but now it looks like she may revert to the screen.

According to reports, the 19-year-old has been locked in talks with martial arts star VAN DAMME, who starred with another former Neighbours star - KYLIE MINOGUE - in 1994 film flop STREET FIGHTER.

A friend of Holly's says, "She has spent the past few weeks in LA touting herself around the bosses and has had a few meetings with Jean-Claude.

"She even went to the studio several days in a row to convince him to star opposite her. Jean -laude hadn't heard of her but he's certainly impressed now."
