KATHERINE HEPBURN STORIES

The 13 acre (5 hectare) Connecticut waterfront estate of the late KATHERINE HEPBURN has been put up for sale, minus the four acres of wetlands the movie legend bequeathed to a conservation group.

The estate, which is on the market for $12 million (GBP7.5 million), is expected to sell fast.

Hepburn died in June (03), aged 96.
