BAYWATCH star DAVID HASSELHOFF's lawyers have fired off a letter to wife PAMELA BACH's attorneys demanding she stop trying to obtain her husband's medical records to be used as evidence in their bitter divorce battle.
Bach has been attempting to gain access to the records from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
In court papers filed last week (begs13FEB06), Hasselhoff's attorney ordered Bach to avoid seeking the former Baywatch star's records, and ordered her to pay $3,978 (GBP2,340), in attorney's fees if her legal team fails to withdraw its request for the documents.
The couple, who have been married since 1989, filed for divorce in January (06), citing irreconcilable differences.
