LATEST: Former BAYWATCH star DAVID HASSELHOFF's day in court on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol was pushed back today (26JUL04).
The 51-year-old actor and singer was supposed to be arraigned in Van Nuys, California, today on a misdemeanour drunken driving charge, but his lawyer requested the case be continued - it has consequently been postponed until 28 October (04).
Hasselhoff was arrested on 5 June (04) but he is free on a $15,000 (GBP8,300) bail.
