BAYWATCH creator DAVID HASSELHOFF has been forced to scrap plans to play CAPTAIN HOOK in a London Christmas (06) pantomime - because he's too busy. The newly-single star was all set to team up with British comic BOBBY DAVRO in a quirky version of PETER PAN at the New Wimbledon Theatre, but he's had to pull out of the production. According to Whatsonstage.com, the show's producers, First Family Entertainment, are "in negotiations to secure a major star to take on the role." Hasselhoff will spend the summer (06) judging SIMON COWELL's new US TV talent show AMERICA'S GOT TALENT.
