BAYWATCH creator and star DAVID HASSELHOFF is scheduled to be arraigned today (01JUL04) at a Los Angeles court on a misdemeanour drink driving charge.
The actor was arrested last month (06JUN04) in LA after a police officer observed the actor driving erratically.
He was pulled over and given a breathalyser test in a car park. He was briefly jailed and then released on $15,000 (GBP8,330) bail.
