LATEST: DAVID HASSELHOFF has been ordered to "remove his personal effects from the family residence" by a judge presiding over his nasty divorce battle. The BAYWATCH creator and his wife PAMELA faced off in court on Tuesday (28MAR06) and now details of their encounter have been released. The couple's very public divorce went private when they met in Los Angeles Superior Court after officials insisted the press and public be barred from Tuesday's hearing. But in court documents released yesterday (29MAR06), the judge has insisted Hasselhoff turn the family home in Los Angeles over to his wife by 19 April (06). The judge also called on "a neutral, third party" to be present at the exchange, and ordered the encounter be "peaceable". The Hasselhoffs' divorce started getting messy earlier this month (MAR06) when Pamela accused David of domestic violence. The actor has since fired back with insinuations his wife isn't of sound mind. Both deny the allegations against them.
