JERRY HALL - HALL: I SHOULD HAVE TREATED JAGGER LIKE A GOLF BALL

Model and actress JERRY HALL has finally learnt how she should have dealt with her philandering ex-husband SIR MICK JAGGER - treat him like a golf ball.

The stunning Texan has just taken up the past-time after being introduced to it by her Indian guru DEEPAK CHOPRA, and has found the principles of golf could have been perfectly applicable to the ROLLING STONES rocker, who she left in 1999 after giving up trying to change his cheating ways.

She explains, "Recently, Deepak taught me how to play golf. I couldn't hit the ball or do anything, so he told me I had to look at where I wanted the ball to go, then forget about it completely. Then just to look at the ball, connect with it and hit it.

"When I did that I hit the ball and it went right where I wanted to go. It was fantastic! If only I'd been able to do that with Mick all those years ago.

"I think the whole thing of trying to change Mick was a stupid waste of time. I'm glad we stayed together because we have four beautiful children, but I think you really have to change yourself - you can't ever really change someone else."
