AXL ROSE - GUNS N' ROSES TO OPEN FOR STONES

AXL ROSE's new GUNS N' ROSES line-up will open two ROLLING STONES concerts in Germany this summer (06). The APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION frontman - who is the only surviving member of the original line-up - will play in Nuremburg on 10 July (06) and in Leipzig two days later. Guns N' Roses famously opened for the GIMME SHELTER legends during their four-night residency at the Los Angeles Coliseum in October 1989. During one performance, Rose famously promised he would never perform with the band again.
