SAVED BY THE BELL heart-throb MARK-PAUL GOSSELAAR is moving to the White House, after joining the cast of US TV drama COMMANDER IN CHIEF.

Gosselaar, 31, is set to play a media strategist alongside GEENA DAVIS, who plays America's first female president in the hit ABC show.

Gosselaar will reunite with his former NYPD producer STEVEN BOCHCO, who has recently taken over producing duties from creator ROD LURIE.

The blond actor will appear in episodes from late November (05).
