Former US Vice President AL GORE has premiered his environmental documentary AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH to influential audiences in Los Angeles and Washington DC. Gore, who controversially lost the 2000 US Presidential election to GEORGE W BUSH, screened the global-warming expose to celebrities including SHARON STONE and DAVID DUCHOVNY in LA on Tuesday (16MAY06) before heading to the American capital yesterday (17MAY06) where leading politicians from Congress and the Senate joined QUEEN NOOR of Jordan at the second showing. Gore told the Washington audience, "This movie makes it possible to take a message to many more people in a much shorter period of time."
