MATTHEW GOODE - GOODE STRUGGLES WITH THREESOME FILM

British actor MATTHEW GOODE's new movie, IMAGINE ME AND YOU, came a little too close for comfort because he found himself reliving a miserable love triangle.

The MATCH POINT star plays a husband trying to save his marriage when his wife, played by PIPER PERABO, becomes a lesbian - and he admits the film brought back terrible memories of a past relationship he had when he tried to make his girlfriend's bisexual life work in his favour.

He explains, "I've been in that situation before and it's not actually what it's cracked up to be.

"If you're an old romantic at heart, like me, it's good to get a threesome out of your system but, at the same time, is it truly where happiness lies? No, not really.

"I have enough of a problem with one woman, let alone two! Been there done it, great, got the picture which is still there occasionally and I'll think about that when times are low.

"But I want to have a family and kids and three is a crowd when it comes to parenting."
