MEL GIBSON - GIBSON. BIBLE STORY IS AN ACTION FILM

MEL GIBSON has labelled his latest film THE PASSION the ultimate action movie - even though it's about the last few hours of JESUS CHRIST's life.

The HAMLET director insists his new project will find a wide audience, despite its deeply religious content.

He says, "There is no greater hero story than this one. The Passion is the biggest adventure story of all time. God becoming man and men killing God - if that's not action nothing is."
