MEL GIBSON - GIBSON WINS RESTRAINING ORDER EXTENSION

LATEST: A judge has granted MEL GIBSON's request to extend a restraining order against a man who allegedly bothered the star and his family.

A Santa Monica, California, judge has ordered ZACK SINCLAIR to stay away from Gibson for three years after the movie star and director complained the 34-year-old had been sending him and his family "alarming, harassing and annoying" letters and repeatedly showing up at the actor's Malibu, California, home.

Sinclair is due in court on 12 October (04) to answer to the criminal charge.
