Singing star GEORGE MICHAEL is set to perform at this summer's (04) OLYMPIC GAMES in Athens, Greece.
The FAST LOVE singer's family are Greek-Cypriot and Michael is sure his relatives will be delighted when he formally agrees to sing at the games' opening ceremony.
Michael, whose real name is GEORGIOS KYRIACOS PANAYIOTOU, says, "My father would be thrilled.
"Most of the people in Cyprus already claim to be related to me.
"If someone told me five years ago that my life would be this good now, I would have been so relieved. I'm not afraid of anything now."
