Caption: George Michael (Picture) did not appear in court today, May 30, 2007. He was sentenced after being found guilty of driving under the influence. The singer is reportedly out of the country George Michael Arrives for David Walliams' combined house warming and 35th birthday party. The Little Britain star has moved into Noel Gallagher's old home....

Pop legend GEORGE MICHAEL is happy to openly cheat on partner KENNY GOSS - as their infidelities have kept the relationship alive.

The AMAZING hitmaker, 40, has been dating the Texan businessman since 1996 and says both of them are happy to discuss their extra-curricular sexual exploits without fear of reprisal.

And George - who was arrested for engaging in a lewd act in a public toilet in Los Angeles in 1998 - loves being able to enjoy raunchy exploits with virtual strangers as it requires less effort than a full-on romance.

He says, "Neither of us practices monogamy. Well, if one of you does, it's really sad, isn't it? And yes, it works.

"There's no getting to know someone you're sleeping with. There's no dining, no going about the social graces, whatever. You have people on the side when you need sex. Simple as that.

"After eight years I can walk out the door and tell him I'm off to get my end away. And there's not a piece of him that worries. And vice versa."
