Caption: George Michael (Picture) did not appear in court today, May 30, 2007. He was sentenced after being found guilty of driving under the influence. The singer is reportedly out of the country George Michael Arrives for David Walliams' combined house warming and 35th birthday party. The Little Britain star has moved into Noel Gallagher's old home....

GEORGE MICHAEL is considering touring for the first time in 15 years, after overcoming his phobia of performing live.

The singer has lived as a recluse because of intense fears of cameras and crowds, but he confesses he could be planning a stage comeback soon.

Michael says, "It's something I'm going to be talking about in the next few weeks. But put it this way, I'm not as phobic about it as I was."

The singer adds his time away from the stage never tempted him to retire, because he isn't motivated by the millions he would have earned from concert tours.

He adds, "Money has never been a factor. If I was into money, I'd have gone on the road 10 years ago.

"I just feel like if I stopped writing then my life would be over; it's what I do."
