LATEST: Country singer GEORGE JONES has left a Tennessee hospital after being treated for pneumonia last week (ends31MAR06). The I DON'T NEED YOUR ROCKIN' CHAIR hitmaker, 74, was admitted at Nashville's Baptist Hospital last Thursday (30MAR06) after contracting the illness, but was allowed to go home on Saturday (01APR06). EVELYN SHRIVER, a spokeswoman for Jones' label, Bandit Records, says, "He's at home recovering and is doing great." Shriver added she didn't know when the Texan would reschedule missed concert performances at Albany, Georgia, Panama City, Florida and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
