JENNIFER GARNER feels no pressure for her movies to be financially successful - because if they flop she still has her role in TV show ALIAS to fall back on.

Garner is one of the most recognised actresses on American television, thanks to her lead part in the crime drama, in which she's starred over four series.

And despite her nerves over the box office reception of her latest film ELEKTRA, Garner has a fall-back plan.

She says, "I'm lucky in that my whole life doesn't depend on how each movie does. I get to come back to my TV show, my sense of comfort, my sense of family.

"Just making films is kind of scary in its own way, so I'm glad I don't have to live that way."
