JAMIE FOXX - FOXX BRANDS NUDE PHOTO REPORTS 'A BUNCH OF GARBAGE'

LATEST: Comedian JAMIE FOXX has dismissed reports he's locked in a battle over a set of his sexually explicit photographs as "a bunch of garbage".

Last month (SEP045), the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS reported that a Las Vegas, Nevada, construction worker was taking the funnyman to court in a bid to gain the right to sell 100-plus pictures of the actor which he claimed he found discarded outside his home.

The builder also claimed he filed a battery complaint with police, complaining he was injured by heavies who barged into his apartment and demanded the return of Foxx's candid pictures.

But in an exclusive interview with website EURWEB, Foxx blasts, "To me, it's like a bunch of garbage. On the west coast, nobody had even heard of (the story). They were like, 'Call us and let us know what's going on.' I was like, 'I don't even know what's going on.'

"But when things are going so great for you... you know, people want to try and say things that aren't true or whatever. So we don't even address it... there's nothing to it...

"You look at TV now, or you look at tabloid stuff, it's so blown out of proportion now that you just shake your head and go, 'Oh well.'

"It's not gonna stop Jamie Foxx from being the funny dude, the acting dude, the singing dude, or all the things that make me who I am, because I'm a different animal."
