FOX TV bosses have signed up METALLICA, ASHANTI, WYCLEF JEAN and OUTKAST to star in their New Year's Eve (31DEC03) celebrations.

The acts will perform on a stage outside Las Vegas, Nevada's VENETIAN hotel.

It'll be two years in a row for Ashanti - she performed at Fox's bash last year (02).
