MICHAEL FLATLEY - FLATLEY FINANCING LAS VEGAS ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX

Irish RIVERDANCE creator MICHAEL FLATLEY will fund his own Las Vegas, Nevada, entertainment complex after struggling to find willing investors. The 47-year-old, who is reportedly worth $700 million (GBP400 million), has already drawn up plans for an Irish-themed establishment - and decided to put up a chunk of his fortune after discussions with real estate hotshots. Las Vegas dealmaker JACK WISHNA tells PageSix.com, "Like most very wealthy people, Michael didn't want to put in a lot of his own money. "But now he's changed his mind. We are helping him so that he doesn't wind up with one of those failed celebrity endeavours like MICHAEL JORDAN's or GEORGE CLOONEY's."
