BRITNEY SPEARS' husband KEVIN FEDERLINE has secretly recorded a string of songs with his wife, but vowed only to release them should his debut album be a success.

The hip-hop wannabe is currently searching for a record deal, but is keen to ensure music executives don't sign him up with a view to accessing music featuring his superstar spouse.

Federline tells MTV news he will be joined by his TOXIC singer wife to market the tracks, as soon as he has garnered a fanbase of his own.
