COLIN FARRELL - FARRELL'S NO DIVORCEE SAYS 'EX-WIFE'

Hollywood hunk COLIN FARRELL's short-lived marriage to AMELIA WARNER was fake - according to the English actress.

The 21-year-old QUILLS stunner and the Irish lothario "tied the knot" in Tahiti in July 2001, but split only four months later in November (01).

But Warner reveals, "We were in Tahiti. We went to the activities desk and said, 'We want to go jet-skiing and shark feeding and we want to get married.'

"It was never legally binding, it was just something we did for us."

The actress, who was just 19 when she "wed" the MINORITY REPORT star, admits she "would have married him for real".

Despite their amicable break-up, Warner - who has just finished filming drama WINTER PASSING with WILL FERRELL and ED HARRIS - says she never speaks to the raucous actor now he's found Hollywood fame.

She explains, "The Colin I knew was very different from the Colin I see now."
