COLIN FARRELL's ex-love KIM BORDENAVE has crushed his hopes of settling down with her - by getting engaged to another man.

The stunning model - who is the mother of Farrell's only child, JAMES - has reportedly become frustrated with Farrell's hectic work schedule and has found someone to spend her life with.

The man in question is RYAN CONDOR, the owner of a Los Angeles-based clothing boutique.

One of Bordenave's relatives tells American newspaper the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: "She wants a father in the baby's life every day, not just when Colin can visit."
