Hollywood hunk COLIN FARRELL feared for his life when an encounter with a camel turned nasty on the set of ALEXANDER.
The PHONE BOOTH star was relaxing on a Morocco beach in between scenes in the Macedonian film epic, when the humped animal turned vicious.
Farrell told American chat show host JAY LENO, "I was alone on the beach with this camel for half an hour at night and he tried to drown me."
