THE SOPRANOS - FALCO'S SECRET TRIUMPH OVER BREAST CANCER

THE SOPRANOS star EDIE FALCO has secretly battled breast cancer since February (04), but is delighted she's now received the "all-clear".

The actress was diagnosed with the disease earlier this year (04) and was concerned her short hair would raise suspicions she'd had cancer treatment.

But Falco is now celebrating her triumph over the illness by rehearsing for her next Broadway show, MARSHA NORMAN's PULITZER PRIZE-winning play NIGHT, MOTHER which opens in New York in October (04) .

Falco's representative tells PAGESIX.COM, "Edie was diagnosed, treated and she's fine. More than five months have gone by since her last treatment and she's very healthy."
