EVANESCENCE singer AMY LEE is being sued by her former management company over alleged unpaid commissions.

Rider Management bosses insist Lee owes them a minimum of $10 million (GBP5.5 million) after charging her with withholding commissions from them.

In countering, the singer insists she has no obligation to pay the company, according to entertainment news website TMZ.com.
