Ellen Becomes Dr Phil
ELLEN DeGENERES decided to get some comedy therapy for Halloween today (31OCT03) - by dressing up as TV counsellor DR PHIL McGRAW.
The comedienne appeared on her daytime chat show ELLEN in full costume as the tough-talking man who rose to fame after becoming pals of OPRAH WINFREY.
But DeGeneres now fears her choice of costume could affect an upcoming appearance on her show from the Texan.
She says, On Monday (03NOV03), Dr Phil is on the show - or he was supposed to be until this happened, I don't know. Hopefully he's not watching today and he'll still be here!"
