The young actress plays KIM BAUER in the popular series and TV bosses have decided to cast a female love interest for the character.

A 24 source reveals, "Elisha will be going gay. It's one of the main storylines."

However, Elisha's character Kim will be wondering how to break the news to her screen dad JACK, played by KIEFER SUTHERLAND.
