Former BAYWATCH beauty CARMEN ELECTRA had a huge crush on JOHN TRAVOLTA – at the age of five.

The sexy actress, wife of rocker DAVE NAVARRO, admits she developed a fixation with the Hollywood actor after seeing him in his classic movie GREASE.

She says, "My biggest crush was John Travolta. I went to see Grease, like, 20 times in the theatre. And I was five!"
