CARMEN ELECTRA has hailed women with small breasts, insisting she only underwent enlargement surgery because she had to have a lump removed.

The BAYWATCH beauty - whose natural breasts were far smaller than the fake ones she's since acquired - was motivated to gain a bigger bust by the fear her vital operation would leave her unbalanced.

However, she's learnt to appreciate her larger form.

She says, "It's not that I regret having them, but there are moments when I think I shouldn't have done it. I didn't really need to.

"I had a lump in my breast, caused by fibrosis, and I had this little lump removed and I thought, 'If I'm having surgery anyway, I might as well have it done.'

"I didn't know if one side would be smaller or something after the lump was removed, so I went ahead and did it. But I had nice breasts to begin with - they were small, but they were nice.

"Sometimes, I look at women who have small, natural breasts, and I think it's really beautiful and sexy. I think it's really sexy to have a natural body, but I'm happy with mine."
