Sexy actress CARMEN ELECTRA and her rocker beau DAVE NAVARRO have finally set a date for their wedding - November (03).

Navarro, who has a tattoo of his wife-to-be's initials on his chest, has announced the nuptials will take place in the winter month, citing his LOLLAPALOOZA tour this summer (03) and Electra's work in STARSKY + HUTCH and the PUSSYCAT DOLLS as a reason for the long engagement.
