Controversial R+B singer EAMON has launched a scathing attack on reality TV show AMERICAN IDOL - claiming the programme makes it too easy for aspiring singers to become famous.

The F**K IT (I DON'T WANT YOU BACK) star, 19, has been working on building a music career since he was eight years old and is annoyed American Idol contestants find fame overnight on the FOX TV show.

Eamon fumes, "It's just so corny. It's like, people get so much praise. Why, 'cos you're winning a show? Come on, it's so bogus.

"I've been working f***in' eleven years and s***'s not supposed to come that easy."
