Hollywood star DUSTIN HOFFMAN has found a novel way to make his own anti-war statement - on the cups of a brassiere.

While other A-listers make exhaustive rants through the press and air their views from award ceremony stages, the RAIN MAN OSCAR-winner has used a charity fundraiser to have his say on the war in Iraq.

Hoffman was among the 50 celebs asked to design a bra for a breast cancer charity, being auction by SOTHEBY'S.

His design - a black strapless garment - spells out "WAR" in silver sequins on one cup, and "SUCKS" on the other.

Other designs include MELANIE GRIFFITH's own anti-war bra, that reads "Make Love, Not War" - and JENNIFER ANISTON's that features her hand-print on one cup and husband BRAD PITT's on the other.
