Teen pop star HILARY DUFF's secret is out - GOOD CHARLOTTE frontman JOEL MADDEN is more than just a good friend.
The singer and actress has been keen to keep the romance away from the media, insisting she and the punk pop star are pals and nothing else.
But now Duff has been spotted out and about in Japan, where she's touring, wearing a bracelet with Madden's name on it.
Madden recently told shock jock HOWARD STERN that he hadn't kissed Duff and was waiting until she turned 18 next year (05).
