MINNIE DRIVER - DRIVER ADMITS TENSION WITH STREISAND

Actress MINNIE DRIVER has finally confessed she had a stormy relationship with former mother-in-law-to-be BARBRA STREISAND.

Driver was engaged to marry JOSH BROLIN, the son of Streisand's husband JAMES BROLIN, before they split suddenly in October 2001.

In the build up to the pair's planned wedding, Streisand was reported to have clashed with Driver over preparations for the big day - claims the British star brushed aside, insisting she enjoyed a good relationship with the FUNNY GIRL veteran.

But the GOOD WILL HUNTING actress, 34, now concedes the pair experienced a tense relationship.

When asked in a recent interview about the prospect of having Streisand as a mother-in-law, Driver said, "It would have been... colourful."
