Drew Barrymore - Drew's Wood Tapping Obsession

Superstitious actress DREW BARRYMORE's quest to make the world a better place means she's always on the hunt for wood to tap - even when she wakes up in the middle of the night.

The CHARLIE'S ANGELS star likes to keep any dark thoughts she may have at bay by tapping on wood and she can't get on with her day or night until she does just that.

She explains, "I was in a gym the other day and there was no wood. I had to knock a sign, but it was laminated, so I was concerned that I wasn't getting to the core.

"I get out of bed in the middle of the night to do it. It's out of control."
